The syllabi must inform the students that a significant writing requirement is to be completed. The
students must be informed that a minimum of 5,000 words (~20 pages of double
spaced text) is
required and the nature of the assignment(s) is to be describe

assignments in calculating the overall course grade is to be described in the syllabi.
